Custom modules on Odoo

Built on top of Odoo Community, with every logistics and accounting module written from scratch: shipments, trip execution with drivers and vehicles, customer billing, and accounting through to the General Ledger. Linked records carry each shipment from planning through delivery, costs, and invoicing, so staff enter information once and trip profitability comes straight from the records.

AI document extraction

AI reads uploaded shipment documents and extracts shipment details, cargo lines, and amounts. A review workspace shows the extracted data beside the source file, so staff correct it before any business record is created.

Scope

Logistics, billing, and accounting share one system. One person built all of it, from the modules to the containerized deployment, backups, and monitoring.
